Our business began in 1996 as a broad-based management and strategic consultancy. Today, we focus our view on becoming the quality partner for executing important or strategic initiatives with the principals of medium business.

We made this strategic shift after realising our business was not our technical skills but rather the way we combined our sills and business principal's knowledge to add significant value to our clients' businesses.

We realised that because we had both strategic and tactical vision, we were ideally placed to help clients on the very anvil of their growth initiatives, and to ensure the success of their projects and programs.

We have accumulated a significant portfolio of success and have learned from each assignment.

Our learning has also come from outstanding people from organisations and professions throughout many cities and countries.  

We continue to work on maintaining our strong culture of 'doing' and have moved firmly away from the world of consulting. This allows us to credibly engage over time to deliver value and success to our clients.

This concept of 'value' is much talked about but rarely delivered.   We recognise that for as long as we can add value to our clients we will remain successful and profitable.
